Returns

Refund and Cancellation policy.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return in to us for an exchange or refund. You must notify us via email at wecare@sisters-magazine.com to request an exchange or refund within 7 days from delivery.

Please note:
Full refund of the cost of items is wholly conditional upon items being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition Where items are received back in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition; you will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.

SISTERS Magazine is not responsible for returned items lost in the post. For all UK orders we strongly recommend sending your returns by Royal Mail Special Delivery and for international orders using a trackable delivery service. SISTERS Magazine will not refund any goods that have either been signed for by a customer at the delivery address stated on the original order or for items returned to us which are lost in the post and are not accompanied by a tracking number.
